Art for and by the People JoAnn has worked hands-on with over 75,000 people of all ages and abilities to create permanent and temporary works of public art. Specializing in large-scale community engagement and K12 school projects, her work has engaged diverse audiences throughout the US and abroad. Lots of Fish emerged from many projects based on the confluence of Art & Environment. Moran believes the essential role and responsibility of artists is no longer just social commentary, but creative problem solving for the Anthropocene.
